Organizing a Workshop

If you are interested in organizing a Workshop with CSF support in 2017, 2018, or 2019 please follow the steps below.

Read Terms and conditions for the year of interest
Throughout the year

the CSF to obtain the required files (Application package) and instructions on modalities of submission Throughout the year

Wait for the CSF Scientific Board's decision about your application
Few weeks after submission

If your application has been accepted, this is what will happen next:

You will receive a contract from the Event Office of the Monte Verità Foundation (hereafter EO-FMV) together with some important information about how to organize your Workshop

Sign the contract and send it back to EO-FMV

Before the Worshop begins, the following information has to be provided:

You will inform the EO-FMV wether you want to include an excursion and social dinner in your program. Documentation on possible excursions and dinner locations can be found in the Attachments on the CSF Online Platform (*)
Up to 1 moth before the beginning of your Workshop

Via our CSF Online Platform (*), you will send to the EO-FMV the following documents:
- bedroom occupancy list for Invited Speakers and non self-paying participants
- meals selection for Invited Speakers and non self-paying participants
- technical requirements
Up to 15 days before the beginning of your Workshop

You will send to the CSF the list of the requested travel refunds (if applicable) Up to 15 days before beginning of your Workshop

(*) Very Important

We strongly recommend to use our Online Platform for the management of your Workshop because:

  • the lists generated and submitted from our Online Platform directly reach the relevant services at Monte Verità and at CSF
  • it is the only way in which information such as bedrooms booking, meals arrangements and technical requirements in the conference rooms can be transferred
  • the participants data are available to generate a number of documents, such as name badges, certificates of attendance, travel refunds

Note:
all personal contacts with the Workshop's participants (speakers and students) are the organizer's concern
