Organizing a conference
CSF Online Platform
If you are interested in organizing a conference with CSF in 2014, these are the steps to follow:

Read our "Call for proposals". |

| 3 | Wait for the CSF Scientific Board’s decision about your application. |
March 2013 |
If your application has been accepted, this is what will happen next:

You will receive a contract and some important information about how to organize your conference. |
At least 6 months before the beginning of your conference |

You will send us an abstract of your conference using the CSF Online Platform. (*) |
By end of September 2013 |
Before the conference begins, the hotel needs the following information:

| 7 | You will inform us via the CSF Online Platform (*) whether you want to include an excursion and social dinner in your program. Documentation on possible excursions and dinner locations can be found in the Attachments on the Online Platform. | Up to 1 month before the beginning of your conference |

You will send us via the CSF Online Platform (*) the following documents: - participants list - list of on-site payments and refunds - bedroom occupancy - meals selection - technical requirements |

(*) VERY IMPORTANT
We strongly recommend to use our Online Platform for the management of your conference because
- The lists generated and submitted from our Online Platform directly reach the relevant services at Monte Verità and at CSF.
- It is the only way in which information such as bedrooms booking, meals arrangements, excursion + conference dinner and the technical requirements in the conference rooms can be transferred.
- The participants data are needed to generate a number of documents, such as name badges, receipts, travel refunds.
Note:
all personal contacts with the conferees are the organizer's concern.
