Organizing an ETH Winter School
CSF Online Platform
If you are interested in organizing a Winter School with CSF in 2013/2014, these are the steps to follow:

Read our "Call for proposals". |
As soon as possible |
| 2 | Submit the Application form you downloaded from our "Online Platform". | By January 15, 2013 |
| 3 | Wait for the CSF Scientific Board’s decision about your application. | March 2013 |
If your application has been accepted, this is what will happen next:

You will receive a contract and some important information about how to organize your Winter School. |
At least 6 months before the beginning of your Winter School |
| 5 | Sign the contract |
At least 6 months before the beginning of your Winter School |
| 6 | You will send us an abstract and picture relating to the topic of your Winter School | By August 31, 2013 |
Before the Winter School begins, the hotel needs the following information:

| 7 | You will inform us whether you want to include an excursion and social dinner in your program. Your contact person at CSF will get in touch with you about organizing some sport and free time activities. | Up to 1 month before the beginning of your Winter School |

Via our Online Platform (*), you will send us the following documents: - participants list - list of on-site payments and refunds - bedroom occupancy - meals selection |
Up to 15 days before the beginning of your Winter School |
(*) VERY IMPORTANT
We strongly recommend to use our Online Platform for the management of your Winter School because
- The lists generated and submitted from our Online Platform directly reach the relevant services at Monte Verità and at CSF.
- It is the only way in which information such as bedrooms booking, meals arrangements and the technical requirements in the conference rooms can be transferred.
- The participants data are needed to generate a number of documents, such as name badges, receipts, travel refunds.
Note:
all personal contacts with the Winter School participants (speakers and students) are the organizer's concern.
