Call for proposals for ETH Winter Schools in 2013/2014

The Centro Stefano Franscini, congress centre of the ETH Zurich since 1989, gives ETH Zurich researchers and professors the possibility to organize a Winter School for doctoral students at Monte Verità, a hilltop over Ascona and Lake Maggiore. The aim is to provide participants with in-depth knowledge on a specific research topic.
Proposals will be evaluated by the Scientific Board of the CSF.

We ask for:

• a high quality and scientifically relevant proposal submitted by researchers and professors from ETH Zurich (condition valid for 2010/2011)
• min 2 - max 10 internationally recognized speakers
• an international audience of doctoral students (20-70 participants)
• an academic event lasting 5 days (usually from Sunday to Friday) during the winter season (end of November - end of February)
